As Social Media Specialist for the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development, I contributed to the Return Strong campaign—an initiative to help Missourians skill up and re-enter the workforce during the pandemic. The campaign connected citizens with local Job Centers and encouraged participation in virtual job fairs through strategic content and targeted social engagement. Our team’s efforts were recognized with a department-wide quarterly award for the campaign’s impact and the much-needed assistance it provided to citizens across the state.
